Rise Power Classes


In Deep Stretch, we apply the principles of Yin, a slower & longer hold per pose to deliver moderate stress to the connective tissues- the tendons, fascia and ligaments- with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
Room is mildly heated between the temperature of 80°-85° degrees for more muscular pliability. All levels are welcome.
Accessible to all levels fused with athletic intensity especially those seeking a stronger and intelligent practice.  Vinyasa 1 fuses a collective power poses with symmetry and intellectual body alignment while empowering the students to explore deeper connection to their physical and spiritual strength. Class is set at a room temp. of 80-85 degrees. (Warm)
Ashtanga yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009). This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. Room Temp. 75-80

DJ Hyfi is a Portland based DJ/Producer who has spent years on the road DJ’ing for festivals, yoga events, and dance parties around the US and internationally. His mixes are fused with a wide range of fresh electronic music from deep house to pure ambient.
Mysore is the traditional way of learning Ashtanga yoga, named after the city in India where Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, the guru of Ashtanga Yoga, lived. In the Mysore format, students can practice Ashtanga at their own pace with more individual attention from the teacher, which provides an opportunity to move into new postures when it’s appropriate.
Mysore is open to all levels, from absolute beginners to more experienced students. The class is not led and all instruction is given on an individual basis. As you gain strength, stamina, flexibility and focus, poses will be added on to your sequence.
Goal: Flexible strength. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass. Class moves with upbeat music. We'll integrate free weights with Vinyasa sequence and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep and triceps curls.
In truth, restorative yoga is simply that - restorative. It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. The props assist in helping you to hold poses longer.




A one hour class offered in a small group for more personalized and private-like practice in a non-heated room. The class will focus on the foundation of breath and alignment, attentively breaking down the entire practice in 4 series. Warrior, Back, Hips and Core.  3 days per series. A package of 12 for 12 is being offered to make these classes more accessible and affordable. 12 days for $12 ($140 if paid in full). Each student is advised to access these 12 days for greater results and understanding of proper alignment and breathing. Power Flow

Heated to 95 degrees, power flow is dynamic, challenging and fun.  A variety of creative sequencing will be offered designed after the authenticity of each instructor’s expertise. Power flow will invigorate the nervous system, strengthen the entire muscular structure, filter toxins from organs, giving much needed break to the kidneys and liver, while boosting the heart to circulate better blood flow, expanding the lungs capability to optimize the use of oxygen and the release of carbon dioxide, and empower the core to generate endurance and stability. The heat will allow the body to be pliable for less injury and more flexibility. YOU ARE READY TO RISE…FIND YOUR EDGE!


Advance Flow

For fun and playful practice, advance flow will suit anyone who is ready to take their practice to the next level. Fearlessness is the only requirement to rise and discover the edge. Inversions and arm balances will make up for the most structure of this class. Deep Stretch 26

Deep Stretch is essential in balancing the effects of more active forms of yoga (Yang) or exercises. In this class, we apply the principles of Yin, a slower & longer hold per pose to deliver moderate stress to the connective tissues-the tendons, fascia, and ligaments- with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Because of the slower pace, there is more time to incorporate deeper breaths and longer stretches to improve the flow of subtle energy for better organ health, immunity, and emotional well being.  YOU ARE READY…RISE AND SHINE.
